Unless there is quality damage, we do not provide a return or exchange policy, so customers are asked to carefully select the color and style before placing an order. If there is no quality problem and the customer wants to exchange the product, the return shipping fee will be at least US$30, which is borne by the customer.⚡

When is a refund supported? (a) The product received is significantly different from the description (including but not limited to color, size, etc.). (b) The product is damaged or has apparent quality issues (not caused by customer reasons). (c) The seller fails to ship within the expected timeframe.

When is a refund not supported? (a) Custom accessories are designed and produced according to customer specifications and are not eligible for after-sales service, we appreciate your understanding. (b) Inability to use/wear due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size) caused by the customer. (c) The product has been used, disassembled, or modified, and cannot be guaranteed to be returned in its original condition. (d) Beyond the return period.

How is it processed? (a) If your application is approved, we will provide a refund or exchange service and process it as soon as possible upon receiving the returned product. (b) If you opt for a product replacement, please note that the new item’s price may differ from the original. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly, and you will be informed of the payment method. (c) For order issues caused by customer reasons (such as incorrect address), our website does not assume any responsibility.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
